What’s an identity?
An identity is any enabled Microsoft 365 account or any active Google Workspace user (mailbox enabled, not suspended). Hal counts identities daily across every client tenant you’ve connected, deduplicates the same person across multiple tenants, and bills at the monthly peak count.
