NinjaOne

Hal connects to NinjaOne (RMM) to build a live picture of every managed endpoint. So when an alert names a host, Hal already knows what that host is — not just that it appeared in a log.

What Hal reads:

  • Managed endpoints — device names, models, OS versions, last-seen timestamps
  • Warranty status and disk utilization
  • The organization hierarchy that maps each device to a client

Why it matters: a sign-in “from an unmanaged device” means nothing in isolation. Cross-referenced against NinjaOne, Hal can say whether the device is one the client owns, when it last checked in, and whether it’s the asset named in an open ticket — the difference between an alert and a conclusion.
