Hal connects to Hudu to read each client’s IT documentation. The runbooks, asset records, and procedures your team already maintains become something Hal can reason over and quote back on demand.

What Hal reads:

Asset records and network maps
Client metadata, and references to vaulted secrets (Hal points you to the vault entry rather than reproducing the secret)
