Hal connects to each customer’s Google Workspace tenant via a service account with domain-wide delegation and a small, read-only set of OAuth scopes. Onboarding is one of the three supported methods.

What Hal reads:

  • Admin Reports activity (logins, user account changes, group changes, drive activity, more)
  • Directory state (users, groups, OUs, role assignments)
  • Service health and security events

Hal’s log sources across every client tenant, including Google Workspace, with activity, storage, and health
